Cheerleading Sleepover

Last Friday night, Alicia (my best teacher-friend & the other coach), had myself and all the girls over for a sleepover. Friday night, we went to a swimming party in Newton with the football boys. Then, after being stalked by beefcakes..we hauled everyone to Casey to stay at Alicia's house. Alicia and I hit the sack around 12:30..after sending the girls a text around 1 to be quiet..I finally fell asleep. The girls said they went to bed around 3. They're crazy! Saturday, after some minor car troubles with a girl's car..we went to the Casey pool. I have a really cute picture of Alicia and I sitting in the pool reading..however..I won't post that! :)  (You're welcome Alicia!) We took the girls to the Drive-In in Newton Saturday night to see Despicable Me. It was a really cute movie and I love the drive-in! Reminds me of when I was in high school and we used to go with the 'River Boys' every weekend. Good times!! Here are some pictures that capture only a bit of our weekend..the girls have some really good one's! I slacked big time at taking pictures..totally not like me! :) ENJOY!!

Another Ride is in the Works

Mom and I are planning another ride already! We're gonna do the Pickin' & Pedalin' Ride in Henderson, KY during the Bluegrass in the Park Festival. There's a 12, 22, 37, and 62 mile ride. We are planning to do the 22 miles. The Festival is August 14th and I believe Pat's brother-in-law and sister are doing the ride as well. I'm excited about this one! It's flat land along the river on smooth surfaced sidewalks and roads. Call me crazy..but I'm dying to get my own bike!

We were planning to ride about 16 miles today..but it rained about 2.5 inches overnight and was still spitting this morning. :(  Rylan said our creek was up past our little white shed. So it really must have poured all night.

This is my last week of classes for summer semester! I'm so ready for a break..and even more ready for vacation!!!

I must make a shout-out to my cheerleaders that follow me on my blog! (feel free to post comments girls!) Hello Olivia..my dedicated stalker! Great job at practice today..even though everyone ended up covered in nasty black track residue. Can't wait till our swim/slumber/drive-in party this weekend!

MS Benefit

Mom and I rode the 15-mile Bike Challenge today. The ride is actually a little over 17 miles. Our time was 1 hour & 2 minutes! And we did NOT die!! We came in 2nd..crossed the finish line together.

Leslie - 30 weeks

Mom, Deb, Erin, and I all have these catwoman sunglasses. They are HOT! Leslie grabbed them and put them on while walking down the driveway at mom's today. They look great with her strange shoes! Funny stuff!

Leslie's Baby Shower

We had Leslie's baby shower today at St. Joe's Multi-Purpose room. She got a TON of really neat stuff! I know she's excited to get it all home and put it all in it's place...ready for baby's arrival.

HaHaHa! BobbyJo had the camera and was enjoying it WAY too much. Don't you just love all of our pregnant bellies?!? ;-)

BobbyJo was sucking helium out of the balloons and singing the munchkin song from The Wizard of Oz. It was hysterical!

Only about 10 more weeks till Leslie's due date! How exciting!!
