Today was a much needed day of rest and relaxation!! I slept in till 8:30 and worked on my list of 'things to do' for a bit. Then I decided it was WAY too nice to not be outside enjoying the warmth and sunlight. Sooo..I called BobbiJo and we went riding with Jen and Bart for a couple of hours. They just got back from their honeymoon last night..so it was great to get to see them!
We checked out their basement..that is in the process of being poured..then we stopped at Calf-Killer and Rafetown to stick our feet in the chilly water. I love the river..and I didn't get the chance to spend much time on it this Summer. We had a good time and I'm glad I postponed my 'to do' list!!
